Delivery information

Orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST will ship the same working day.

Once shipped, delivery* is as follows:

Road Express: Free of charge; 2-day shipping within East Coast major metro; Perth 4 days; Out of zone postal codes may take 5-10 days.

• All deliveries require a signature

• After first attempt, units will be held at local TNT Exchange (where available). Products will be held up to 10 days. After 10 days, freight will be returned to terminal

• It is not possible to deliver to freight forwarders

• No deliveries can be made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

• Orders may be held before dispatch for 24 hours for further verification
