Delivery information
Orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST will ship the same working day.
Once shipped, delivery* is as follows:
Road Express: Free of charge; 2-day shipping within East Coast major metro; Perth 4 days; Out of zone postal codes may take 5-10 days.
All deliveries require a signature
After first attempt, units will be held at local TNT Exchange (where available). Products will be held up to 10 days. After 10 days, freight will be returned to terminal
It is not possible to deliver to freight forwarders
No deliveries can be made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
Orders may be held before dispatch for 24 hours for further verification
