Delivery information

All stock is shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Once shipped, delivery* is as follows:

Couriers Post: Free of charge; 5-10 days with tracking available once scanned at our warehouse in Auckland or Christchurch.

• All deliveries require a signature unless pre-configured with NZ Post for your address.

• After first attempt, units will be held at local NZ Post Shop (where available). Products will be held up to 10 days. After 10 days, freight will be returned to sender.

• It is not possible to deliver to freight forwarders

• No deliveries can be made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

• Orders may be held before dispatch for 24 hours for further verification
